Recently we purchased carpet from Pullins Rutherford for our new home. I would just like to share with you how happy we were with our overall experience... On our first visit to Pullins Rutherford we were quickly greeted by your friendly sales team member. I informed him that we were in the early stages of choosing a carpet for our new home which we would be moving into in several weeks time. His enthusiasm for his work should be highly commended- he went above and beyond to ensure we were shown all of the options available to us in the styles I liked. We were given a quote for our carpet as soon as possible and provided with prices of three different price/quality point carpets. This allowed us to choose which product suited our budget and needs. My husband david and i visited the showroom together the following Saturday to decide which one to choose. We were both impressed by your salesman’s attention to detail- he was able to recall features of our house and how they would suit each of the different types of carpet and also remembered previous conversations he had had with each of us- a level of customer service we have not received anywhere else. He let us take several samples home with us to be completely sure of our decision. Our carpet was ordered approximately 2 weeks before easter and i was so grateful that carpet laying was able to be arranged before the long weekend. Your carpet layers (anthony and the team) were exceptional. Their enthusiasm and quality of workmanship should also be highly commended.
